The Basin is located 42 kilometres north of Sydney in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, on the western shores of Pittwater, beside Coasters Retreat.
The Basin is perfect for a day out with family and friends and can even cater to large groups such as weddings and school groups. The Basin caters to 400 campers on non-powered sites as well as acres of unspoilt beauty in the National Park. The Basin is protected by the National Parks and Wildlife Service and with deep water anchorage and protected swimming lagoon. The Basin is truly one of Sydney’s sun-drenched, idyllic natural wonders.

Departing from Palm Beach Wharf regularly, the picturesque round trip onboard our Palm Beach Ferry Service takes approximately 45 minutes.
