Changes to Palm Beach Ferry Service Payment Options

The Fantasea Cruising Smartcard will be retired from Friday 20 September.

Smartcards and the associated discounts will no longer be recognised on board Palm Beach Ferry services operated by Fantasea Cruising. All customers will be required to pay for their journey with a valid credit or debit card on boarding.

If you have a Fantasea Cruising Smartcard we will refund your remaining Smartcard balance on Friday 20 September. Funds should clear to the account linked to your Smartcard within 2 to 3 business days. We will endeavour to contact customers within 7-10 days if a refund fails.

If you are currently not using your Fantasea Cruising Smartcard, you may request an early refund by contacting us on info@fantasea.com.au with your Smartcard number and name. Early refund requests will be processed within 5-7 days.
